Bethesda Childcare

The Reverend Thomas Moses came to our church in Abertillery with a vision from God to build an orphanage for the many children in his village who had no parents or home.   God provided the necessary funds to build a beautiful and functional building for the children.  The buliding was completed earlier this year and the orphans found a new home filled with love and compassion, but mostly filled with the presence of our Lord Jesus Christ as His Holy Spirit fills this place day after day.

Interspersed are a few pictures that show the contrast between their conditions and the way we live in the western world.

Although the building is completed and the children are being schooled and cared for, there are still the every day needs that must be met; food, clothing, utility bills and education.
